Shipping within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $11 (FREE for orders over $99)
• Express Shipping: $16 (FREE for orders over $199)

International Shipping:
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

We apologise if your country is not included as a shipping location at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery Time:
  • Within Australia: Standard delivery is 2-7 business days, while express delivery is 1-2 business days.
  • International: Delivery times range from 5-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs & Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, pandemics, or transfers from Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, or other carriers to the local service in your country. Additionally, we are not liable for any extra fees, customs duties, or backend charges once the package has exited Australia.
