Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your product to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with the box undamaged. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
